2. Services
Our platform offers live coaching, workshops, and bespoke training sessions for AI skill development. All service bookings require scheduling and allocation of dedicated instructors. Once a session is scheduled, it is considered confirmed.
- Reimbursement Eligibility: You may request a reimbursement up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Requests made within this period will be processed within 10 business days.
- Transfer Option: If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you may transfer your booking to another available slot or participant, subject to instructor availability and notification at least 24 hours in advance.
- Non-Reimbursable Services: Customized programs designed exclusively for individual or corporate clients are non-reimbursable due to resource commitment and preparation.
3. Infoproducts
We provide digital courses, webinar recordings, and e-books on AI development. Upon purchase, you gain immediate access to downloadable content.
- Reimbursement Window: Digital products are eligible for a full reimbursement if you request within 7 days of purchase and have not downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the content.
- How to Request: Please contact our support team via Contact Us. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 7 business days.
- After Access: If usage exceeds 20% or if the content is fully accessed, the purchase becomes final and non-reimbursable.
4. Goods
Our goods include AI study kits and branded merchandise.
- Reimbursement Eligibility: Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.
- Return Instructions: Contact us via Contact Us to obtain a return authorisation. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a reimbursement to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Non-Eligible Items: Items damaged by user negligence or signs of use beyond inspection are not eligible.
5. Reimbursement Policy
All reimbursement requests must be submitted in writing via our Contact Us form. Approved requests will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider but generally occur within 7 to 10 business days.
6. Modifications and Transfers
We reserve the right to modify schedules, instructors, or content. If a significant change affects your booking, you may elect a reimbursement or transfer to an alternative service without penalty.
